COAST’s Pass Policy:

• Monthly passes can be purchased through the mail. Please mail your order form early to ensure you receive your pass in time. There is a 5 day grace period for expired passes from the preceding month.
• All monthly passes are issued from the first day through the last day of a month. There is no prorating.
• A $25 service charge will be added to all returned checks. Returned checks are processed by Recovery, a service of our local CBC Credit Bureau.
• COAST reserves the right to refuse a monthly pass order to a person who owes such fees.
• COAST reserves the right to refuse personal checks from an individual who has bounced a check.
