FFY 2017-2019 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal Notice

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to 49 C.F.R. 26.45, that the Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation (COAST) has proposed an overall goal of 8.01% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises participating in the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration (FTA) assisted contracts for FY 2 017-2019. The proposed goal and its rationale are available for public inspection at 42 Sumner Drive, Dover, for 30 days following the date of this notice, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Comments regarding the goal and DBE program will be accepted for a period of 45 days following the publication of this Notice and should be addressed to:

DBE firms that are able to supply parts, supplies, or services are encouraged to apply for certification by contacting the NHDOT Labor Compliance Office.

Certified DBE firms are encouraged to submit a brochure, catalog and/or letter of interest stipulating qualifications and areas of interest.
