COAST seeks friendly and motivated persons for Bus Operators. You must hold a current CDL-B (or A) with Passenger and Air-brake endorsements, as well as a valid DOT medical certificate. COAST cannot assist you in earning your CDL or endorsements. The ideal candidate will possess good judgment, great people skills
and a positive attitude. Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to our training and performance standards regardless of experience. Past transit experience is unnecessary, but a plus. Utility Cleaners. We are accepting applications for part-time utility cleaners. Limited positions available.
Position requires cleaning interior and exterior of buses, fueling and checking engine fluids, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work individually and with others. Job requires light to medium lifting, extensive time standing, walking, climbing into and out of buses. Position is part-time, 2-3 nights per week. Hours are generally 5pm-11pm. Applicants must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. Commerical license is not required. Must be able to pass drug screening. Ideal candidate will possess good judgment, be prepared to work hard, and have a positive attitude. Extensive training is provided. Pay starts at $9.50/hr for first 90 days, $10/hr for remainder of first year.
