In response to the Somersworth City Council's recent approval of a $17,000 increase in COAST funding in the upcoming FY19 budget, the COAST Board of Directors has voted to eliminate the additional $0.25 fee to board buses in Somersworth. The increase was recognized as a good faith effort by the City to close the growing gap between COAST's funding request and the City's recent practice of level funding the organization.
